Barefoot Trimmers on the Palos Verdes Peninsula

In 2007 I attended a Pete Ramey seminar. Pete Ramey, in case the name is not familiar to you, is a farrier turned natural hoof care expert. I especially like him because he is keen to apply scientific method to the subject of barefoot trimming. I like to think that I keep up to date with what's going on in the horse community, but I was shocked at how many people had come to learn about natural hoof care, i.e. keeping horses unshod. I estimate that 70 percent of the attendees were women, and well over half were professionals, most barefoot trimmers, but also some farriers, and veterinarians. Following are barefoot horse trimmers that serve the Palos Verdes Peninsula. I understand that there are currently people apprenticing so the list will grow in the near future.
