The City of Rolling Hills, California is a beautiful, gated residential community on top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. You can find great horse real estate here, but if you're looking for horse boarding don't ask the homeowner's association where to find it because the HOA doesn't allow residents to board others' horses on these properties.
