The City of Rolling Hills, California is a beautiful, gated residential community on top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. You can find great horse real estate here, but if you're looking for horse boarding don't ask the homeowner's association where to find it because the HOA doesn't allow residents to board others' horses on these properties. They do, very generously, allow other people to ride horses on the trails here. Follow this link to learn how to obtain a free trail permit from the Rolling Hills Community Association.

The Palos Verdes Nature Preserve is located adjacent to Rolling Hills and is criss-crossed with trails that welcome equestrians. Follow this link for more information.
